Weight error message in Proof of Union Status (PoUS)

Currently, it is no longer permitted to enter identical values for net mass and gross mass when creating a T2L(F) document. This may lead to error messages in certain situations. This behavior is incorrect, as the net mass (kg) should be less than or equal to the gross mass (kg) for each goods item.

As a temporary workaround, traders are advised to enter slightly different values for net and gross mass, rather than identical ones.
