Update: national helpdesk reachable, message traffic disrupted.

Due to the previously reported disruption this morning, message traffic for several processes has been disrupted. At present, there is a disruption in message traffic for the following flows: DMS, DVA, Deco, and SW. Messages are being processed minimally, and we are working on this. Please consult our availability page for the current status.

The National IT Helpdesk Customs is once again reachable by telephone and email.
