EU Trader Portal

You can use the EU Trader Portal for applying for and changing (a number of) DWU authorisations. In the overview of customs authorisations you can see which license types are included in the EU Trader Portal. This portal will be gradually expanded in 2021 with the other DWU permits.

EU Customs Trader Portal

You can use the EU Customs Trader Portal to apply for an AEO authorisation and Binding Tariff Information (BTI) and Information document (INF). You can also change your AEO authorisation in this portal. You can only view the BTI if it is linked to your EORI number.

Mijn Douane

On this portal you can File excise and consumption tax returns (daily, weekly and periodic returns) and request a refund of excise and consumption taxes.

Log in with eRecognition

You can log in with eRecognition (eHerkenning), Reliability level 3. eRecognition is a standardised login system which enables governments to make their services accessible online and secure to companies. You can apply for eRecognition at one of these suppliers.
